Today Bloodsphere turns seven years old! This is a great achievement for everyone who participated in getting the guild running throughout the years. We've experienced many things together from the vanilla days up to now. The numerous raids on Silverwing Outpost in our teen levels, the infamous 40-man one percent Ragnaros attempt, watching Gun grow from being a nublet to a more experienced noob. The countless events and memories will never be forgotten. Lets continue to make the guild something memorable in the years to come. Congrats everyone!
Patch 4.3 is also now available today. There are many new and exciting elements added to the game. Transmogrification will allow you to bring your old gear looks back in style. The void storage will make hybrids classes so much happier for finally having a place to store their multiple gear sets. Three new dungeons and raid have been added. The race is on to get ahead of everyone in content. Good luck! |

Congratulations to Blondee for winning our guild fishing contest! As a reward he gets to cruise through Azeroth in his brand new Mekgineer Chopper! A well deserved reward for raking in a total of 1,878 smelly fish! Thank you all for your efforts and participation in this event. As a result of this event the guild has finally reached its goal in obtaining the That's A Lot of Bait achievement. Congratulations everyone!

Arena and Rated Battleground Season 10 is ending November 29. Given this information it is possible that patch 4.3 will be released soon after. This will probably lead to many inactive players coming back to the game rushing to get first dibs on the latest equipment from the new 5-man dungeons and raids. Because of this, the demand for in-game materials will eventually increase dramatically. There are a couple things you will want to keep in mind before the new content is released. It is a good idea to be prepared now instead of getting the short end of the stick at patch release.
Conquest points are converted to honor points
At the end of Season 10 all conquest points will be converted to honor points. The points will cap at 4,000 honor. Spend your points wisely and keep in mind that Season 10 items will then become available with honor points. Blizzard has already made everyone aware that higher ilvl PvP items will be introduced and available for Honor points with patch 4.3.
Valor points will be converted to justice points
Same as with conquest points, valor points will be converted to justice points and capped at 4,000 points. All remaining points will be converted to gold.
Gem and enhancement item prices will increase
Along with new gear always comes the need for enhancements to those pieces. Expect all gem and enhancement item prices to skyrocket once patch is released. It is in your best interest to stockpile as much as possible of the common enhancements you will be needing. This includes various types of raw gems, leg enhancements, and enchanting materials including heavenly shards.
Play the Auction House
It all comes down to supply and demand. It will be a little difficult to know what materials will be worth the most after patch. The economy will be affected by what other players will be stockpiling and making available for sale at release compared to you. Take a look at the 4.3 patch notes to get an understanding of what is changing with the release of the patch. Doing so will give you an idea on what to look out for on the auction house. Prices will be fairly low until the day patch hits. Grab what you can now while supplies last!

Over the weekend the guild finally reached level 25! Congratulations to everyone and thank you for all your contributions to the guild up to this point. Along with this exceptional achievement comes the availability of Reins of the Golden King and our new Mass Resurrection skill. The new skill will be useful in our raids to recover from the countless wipes caused by our overzealous guild member Gún!

The guild is holding its first ever fishing competition... and it starts NOW! The event is being held to assist in completing our guild fishing achievement That's A Lot of Bait which will provide us the Recipe: Seafood Magnifique Feast guild reward. All guild members must do is catch as many fish possible as long as it is one of the fish listed in the "Catch of the Week" list. The "Catch of the Week" list will be displayed in the guild information tab. In order for you to get credit for your weekly catch, you must mail your fish to Easystar before the next server maintenance. The competition will continue as long as the guild achievement has not yet been completed. Once the achievement has been reached, the fish received up to that point will be added up and whoever has the highest count is our winner. The reward in the end is going to be a surprise. Now get out there and cast those reels! |

It's not always about encountering the latest bad boys when it comes down to raids. This time we took a stroll over to The Throne of the Four Winds. It was an entertaining change of pace to our usual raid lineup. Everyone did a great job quickly understanding the fight mechanics and shutting this place down. Raw footage of The Conclave of Wind and Al'Akir are now available as usual to our guild members. Watch the raw footage. |
